It's now Sud's. I really like this place I only wish the parking spots were a little wider. The vacuums are strong. They have a blower tool to get the hard to reach spots on your car. They have the conditioner, glass cleaner and air freshener, it doesn't take much. They also provide microfiber towels.

The quality of the car wash has deteriorated; the car had that thin layer of dirt still on it (??), the tire shine wasn't there (??) but I paid for it, and the mgr tried to first mansplain and then to gaslight me when I went in to inquire about it. I'm simply going back to Blue Wave and not look back. No worries, it's just one car wash. Thanks.

The car wash did not properly take off the insects from the front of my vehicle. I purchased the more expensive option ($10 wash) to receive better results, but I did not. I understood not all of the insects were going to come off, but there was still a substantial amount left on the vehicle that was covering a large area and was very noticeable. I notified the manager, or the hispanic person claiming they were the manager, of the poor job the carwash provided and he refused to provide a solution to the problem. He refused to allow the vehicle to pass through once more to be properly cleaned. His name was Roman. Terrible customer service and staff. Not only did the carwash perform poorly, but the management was unprofessional and unqualified and the vacuums do not properly work in many of the stations. This place was a waste of money and time.

I used to frequent this car wash over the years but should have read the reviews again. I visited on 08/27/22, paid for the higher tier to get a better wash, and proceed through the car wash.The amount of soda and lather was minimal and as expected, the wash was poor. I pull into a stall and I guy comes out waving, and goes back inside and comes out another door. I proceed to roll down my window and ask what's going on and he tells me "the vacuums are down and they're working on them." I explain that I specifically came to vacuum out my car and that it wasn't on to be open and had no notice that the vacuums aren't working, then says "that's why they have the cones out" and I explained that the cones were spaced as if they were partitioning the stalls as I was parked in a stall. I asked for a refund or a discount and he told me "no because the vacuums are FREE SEPARATE SERVICE".There were no signs posted that the vacuums were down before paying for the car wash, the comes were not placed in a manner to prevent someone from parking in a stall, and when asked about the lack of signage, he started " they posted signs on the vacuums days prior that they would be down", but did not have them posted during my visit which would be their busiest day.I also asked for the corporate number and was told to "google it". I also asked for the employee's name and license to confirm his name, for which I should have requested his employee ID. Which was my fault.As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. It is not up to the customer to figure any of this out, you have to make issues clear to your customers or risk damage to your brand.I don't write bad reviews but I felt compelled to write this review as quickly as possible.To potential customers, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.To the business, please do better. I understand that times are hard but I would take a guess that sales are on a downward trend even though more people are moving into the area and it has less to do with the economy and more to do with your service and customer service or lack thereof. Let's do better, I shouldn't care more about your business than it appears that you do.

I went there today and got a $16.00 wash. The wash was fine but when I got to the vacuums they did not work. In fact there was a sign posted that they would be down 3-5 days!!! When I complained to the manager, no refund was offered, so I went down to quick quack carwash and got a great wash. Thank God I used a credit card and I will be protesting the whole wash with Chase tomorrow. Advice, go down to Quick Quack Car Wash.

I wish they would bring back their detailing services as they were definitely better than the generic companies. However, since Covid this service has been discontinued. Despite this, they still offer great service and they offer free vacuum for self use with all purchases of car washes.

I pay the $30 monthly for unlimited “Tidal” washes.Overall, the tunnel does a decent job but it’s really hit or miss. Sometimes there is almost no water pressure.It is nice they have available microfibers for drying, but often they have debris in them which scratches the paint.

Pay 20 bucks for a good wash and truck was still dirty rims still had dust on them every time I go they say were working on it but nothing changed no tireshine on tires as well

Got the highest quality car wash $20 and it didnt even clean my car. The rear is still dirty as you can see. And no tire shine at all… for a $20 car wash. Also the vacuums are only 10 min max time. You can get alot better somewhere else.

I was lucky there was no wait line. I guess the best time to go is midmorning. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was my first time using Blue Fin Car Wash. I'd go back. ??

The car wash service is very good … the drive thru service got my Highlander very clean…. However, they started with $5.00 UNLIMTED washes …they told me there would be another special the following month , which was 2 vehicles for $19.00.The following month my card was automatically charged for the amount of $25.00.I went into the office and told the mgr that I wanted the special that was promised . He replied that it wasn’t available.I told him I wanted a full refund.He said he could only refund $5.00. This is not fair business practice!I called Chase bank to stop pmt.VERY DISSATISFIED!I NEVER write a bad review, howeverIf I use this car wash again it will be only on a cash basis. I DONT trust these people with a credit or debit card !!!!!Right after I wrote this review the assistant mgr called me to get more details, then started in on me that they don’t give discounts…This place is unbelievable… now I’m going to have to block their calls.Also , they asked me to send an e mail to their corporate…So sad that they have little to no customer service skills.Perhaps they should get lessons from Chick-fil-A or Taste of Texas!!!Love to give them -10 stars!!

The tunnel wash damaged my truck. The manager saw it as it happened. When I showed him the damage he played d*** and refused to acknowledge anything. Asked for a corporate number or a phone number for anyone above him and he refused that as well. Definitely won't be back! If this would have let me post the pics of the damage I would but the review doesn't have that option! And when I asked for the information to send the small claims lawsuit to I was denied that information as well. They make it impossible to find due to the fact their tunnel washes damage so many vehicles. The manager screamed and cursed me for being upset over the damage to my brand new truck which was obvious as to what damaged it. The response they gave is pathetic and the tunnel wash most definitely DOES damage cars wheels specifically because it damaged mine. Use this place at your own risk. I will be using the new one down the street from now on!

SHADY! WATCH OUT FOR THEIR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP!Be careful with the monthly membership. I "cancelled" mine but kept getting charges.The guy zapped my tag with his phone or device they use and said he cancelled it. He said if I wanted a receipt though I'd have to wait 15minutes for him to print it in the office. I didn't have time and said "well it doesn't make a difference you've cancelled it right" to his response "yes sir, you are good to go." I knew something felt off at the time but couldn't wait, unfortunately.I moved out of the city so no easy way to return and dispute without calling my bank and waiting for their responses.More honest guys out there... avoid it.
