“This team was incredible! I went to get my battery replaced and I lost a terminal bolt in the process. They came out and helped me locate it and retrieve it from the engine bay. As I was securing the new battery, another piece fell off of the terminal. Again, the whole team helped me look for it for almost an hour. They treated me as if I were a family member or friend and acted as if the car was their own. While we never found the second bolt, the entire team sprung into action coming up with a fix so I could drive my car. I can’t recommend these guys enough!”

I was not having the best of days, and Maria's attitude and customer service changed that immediately. It's nice to still have people that care about their customers. “Only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Terrence.He went above and beyond to help me with testing and replacing my battery. When I originally walked in, a different employee had verbally told me that they are unable to test my battery because of a new policy they have basically saying they can’t go outside and service vehicles when it’s dark.
