I suggest no one should go to this store as I had a very bad experience today, as the sales person LOUIS was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to the customer, and on top of that he was acting childish and stick his tongue out to me, how unprofessional behavior was this. I was just asking for the prices , except for helping he started acting like I was unable to see/blind.i even complained to the store supervisor but unfortunately she was just listening like she didn’t care.
I never had any other bath and body works employee acting like this.

Disappointed by the sales lady. A product I love (Chestnut and Argan Oil) is out of production. She didn't suggest an alternative; just a flat and disinterested "no" was the only answer I got to my question as to whether the oil was in stock. I expected more enthusiasm and helpfulness.

Had a beautiful experience before meeting the cashier on May 1 2024
The woman who greeted and helped me with my purchase was amazing at least but the woman who was rude an obnoxious on the other hand was LOUD she was talking mess about my 9 year old out loud “ don’t you hate when kids open things and you never know what your going to find “ I kept my cool I stayed classy didn’t say anything ..
I waited at check out for 30 min she was busy talking to the kind woman who healed us and seen me standing there my 9 year old went to say “ hey we are ready “ want to know what that rude woman’s response was to us “ oh I forgot I was the cashier hahahhahahahah “ no I’m sorry for the wait … kept my cool again put my purchase on the counter … next i ask hey is the 2.95 soaps still going on ? I was like well I got the email today and btw you have a sign at the door that says 2.95 get before Mother’s Day so I thought it was still happening right. . She rushes over and I said see she snatches it out my hand and says “ oh it was behind everything throws it in back of the lotions and soaps.
I swear this is the last time I’ll ever bust a bath and body works again
I’ve had so many horrible experiences and this topped it off
I went around 12pm

Today I try applying to bath and body and they were having technical issues with there applications on line and I am desperate for a job that I went to the store and introduced my self the the Maniger and I told he the problem I was having and all she said was “ ok and what you and me to do about it “ I didn’t understand because the rest of the assistant manager told me they needed a part time and full time so I was so confused and the Maniger was being SUPER rude I hope she doesn’t talk to her employee like this ,never again I would never work with a Maniger like this

Geez. Visited today around 5pm 4/7/24.
Use to shop here a lot and boy how much this location has gone downhill.
It was a complete mess. Shatter refill liquid and glass everywhere on the floor. Other locations would have attended to that asap. Spotted to African ladies shoplifting a d stuffing their purses because not one employee present in the store other than the cashiers who are way in the back.
