The Teller line is ridiculous. Every time its understaffed and the wait is 20 minutes or longer.

One of the worst locations ever especially for how busy this location is. Every time I walk in there is one person working the teller line. This location used to be so quick and efficient and now I dread just walking into it. I should not have to drive 15-20 minutes out of my way just to go to a bank which is efficient.

Would give triple zero if I can . The worse and the slowest service ever long lines with one teller taking her sweet time fee like she falls from zumpa planet and nt aware of her surroundings the rest are sleeping in honey with no care in the world I'm asking do they see us? Perhaps not so frustrating simply awful and not acceptable hire more ppl and respect R TIME DO SOMETHING BOFA

The slowest moving place I've ever been to. They have one person at the counter and a line that wraps around the lobby. There's no drive through for services that you can get inside. Only atm services. If I could give zero I would.

Would give a zero if possible. The few times I went, there was only one teller and the line was ... seemed like they tried to go slow so the line of people could make it look like they are busy... I will avoid it if possible

This is the third BOA I had to visit today in order to make a deposit. The other 2 BOA were closed! Also no window for drive through! It was closed also. It was required to go in and wait in line with everyone. So much for social distancing during the time of Covid. The 2 tellers were helpful once I made it through the line. They must be saving a ton since they don't have employees

I was in and out in under 4 mins. The teller was very friendly and the inside looked like the future.

Open with Texas time, close at New York time. Always long line. Really don't understand their service attitude.

I've been a customer of Bank of America since around Fall of 1997, when my father took me to a banking center in the city where I would go to college to start my own bank account to use when I go to college, and back then, it was called Nations Bank. Looking at the history (thanks Wikipedia), it looks like it changed its name shortly after to Bank of America shortly after. Maybe largely due to ignorance, I didn't pay attention too much to the name change, until one day I finally noticed the statements I am getting looked different. So fast forward some years later, I graduated and started my first post-graduation job, and before the option of direct deposit to my bank account was available to me (while on the probationary period), I've always stopped by this bank branch to deposit my paychecks. Note, this is all before mobile deposit took on its current popularity. Truth be told, I liked going to the bank to deposit my money and in fact, call me old fashioned, I still liked going to banks to make deposit rather than depositing by my cell phone, it just felt safer that way. Location and services provided can make a lot of difference in which branch of a bank you visit. About a few years into the job, I met my girlfriend and got married and bought our house, as things start piling up in the house, we look for places to store our more important valuables or documents. Naturally, one of the oldest services banks offer are safety security boxes inside the vaults. This location did not have one available, and the one at 59 and Grand Parkway did. With me not having much checks to deposit any more and the location of the safety deposit box, we just stopped coming here. A few years later I changed jobs and this time paychecks are used again and so, this location being somewhat on the way home, is somewhere I go to again. Our house's mortgage when we bought the house was handled by Bank of America and right then and there, we heard all this wonderful information about how interest rates are at all time low, refinancing is easy and can save one a lot of money in the long run, and being that we already have a BoA mortgage, we set up an appointment with one of the loan advisors at this branch. Perhaps it really just timing that I had recently changed jobs. But after getting all the necessary documents needed to see if we could get the refi approved, the loan advisor pointed out that she really can't approve the loan based on the fact that I just became a 1099 worker. Sure, it was a very harsh reality thing to hear, but the way she said laid it out to us in such a high and mighty and condescending tone of voice just made us get up and left. Not sure I would like to go through that again. But if I were to ever to take a loan again in the future, I might think twice about getting it from BoA. Nowadays, I don't even go into the branch any more, because you can do just about everything you needed to do at the ATM, make deposit and withdrawals. You can check your balance when you get on the computer. All these feedbacks might just fall on deaf ears because for as long as Yelp has been around and this branch being around even longer, this listing remains unclaimed. Maybe they just don't care.
