I recently opened my account and due to the staff's negligence, they closed my account. They told me that my deposited money would be returned to me until April 16, when I am the person responsible for my household expenses. This bank is a total FRAUD. They take advantage of people's needs, my money was lost for almost a month, even when they want. terrible and disastrous service

After a horrible previous experience with BOA I was surprised at how pleasant this experience was. The woman who helped me was Daniella. She was so patient, so kind, and quickly handled several transactions. Amazing customer service! I would absolutely return to this branch!

The only pleasant thing about this place was the gentleman who greeted me at the door. He was very polite and was excited to help. The reason I am giving this branch a 1 star is due to the fact that they never answer the phone when I called in over the course of 2 weeks of me calling. I had to make an appointment to be seen for the services I needed and questions to be answered. Went in today needed some very important documents signed but not that did not happen because I did not have all of the paperwork that was needed which this could have been avoided had they answered the phone. The lady who’s office is on the right in the middle was very rude and stand offish when explaining why my paperwork would be a liability without proper documentation. Waste of my time and do not recommend this branch

I arrived at this BofA location after being told at another location that they had a business banker with availability to see me. Upon arrival, there was no one greeting clients and only 1 customer at the teller window. I stood and waited for a few minutes, thinking someone would come and they never came. I approached the teller line where I realized the person talking to the teller was an employee (Bilal K.), not a customer. After a few moments, he turned around and left the teller window. He asked if I needed any help, and I asked to speak with a business banker. Asked me to have a seat, went into one of the offices, and spoke with the business banker. After which, he walked out of her office and went into a back room. I had no clue if I was to be seen or what was happening. I waited for about 5+ minutes. Until I got up and asked if I was going to be seen or not. The business banker (Maria D.) came out of her office and said she was researching how to make the changes I wanted. She then told me I needed an additional form besides what is listed on the BOfA website. Mind you, I just left another Bank of America location, and this form was not needed. She asked me to have a seat and look up the form while she attended to another customer who just walked in. I told her that I had been waiting for quite some time and would really like to be attended to. She told me that the customer she had to attend to had an appointment which was 5 minutes in the future. At this point, I had been in the branch location for approximately twenty minutes with no service. The business banker walked away and began attending to her new customer. I had a seat and began the process of getting the form online. Bilal soon returned and told me that he would like to help me set up an appointment for a future date because Maria would not be able to attend to me.Now I totally understand why this bank of america location was empty when I arrived. Their service is sub-par, and the employees are unprofessional and apparently too busy to service customers. It would behoove Bank of America management to review the policies and procedures in place at this location.

This branch was very helpful to me. I think it was the manager (can't remember her name)....but I am not for sure...and Josh helped me with an issue. They are much better than the one by my house. It also took less than 10 minutes and I was done, no waiting. :)

Wow I see why service are so bad. Service lady told me to sit and wait so i did. While other lady walk in and get service before I did. ?Update 20 later Mrs Ahsan Kulsoom make all the difference she take care of my problem. We have to call on BOA customer service on the phone . customer service is horrible wait over 15 mins on hold (early that’s week I call customer service to fax paperwork to my other financial and never got it) to get that paperwork taken care off. I give her 5 stars ⭐️ but phone customer service a 0 that why I was in the branch thank again mrs Ahsan ?

If you enjoy wasting your time any time you try to utilize a branch: then bank here.I would give 0 stars if I could.Only ever having 1 teller open and a line to the door is one thing.But straight up LYING about how long it’s going to take to have a foreign funds check deposited has brought them to an all time low. I was told it would take 2 weeks for my large sum to be deposited. If it had been any longer I would have gone to a different bank. Here I am on day 17, inquiring of my funds, and being told it can take FOUR to EIGHT weeks! For Canadian funds?! In the digital age? “Well yes ma’am we mail your check back to Canada, ask them to write us one in usd and then they mail it back.” *insert head exploding* So when I insist they track where my check is that I brought in Feb 7th, they determine it was mailed to Canada on Feb 17th. Without any explanation for why that took 10 days.So I’m currently sitting on their couch, waiting on a Mgr to call me because “ours is on vacation and nobody is covering for her.” MeanWHILE I’m on hold with my Canadian bank asking them to void the check - which takes 2 to 3 days - and just wire me my funds.We will promptly be closing our account and banking elsewhere due to the poor performance of this 1 branch.STAY AWAY!Also, I’m pregnant. I had to relay to the teller what the problem was. Then again to a banker. Then she tried to defer me to an offsite person and I had to insist that I was not repeating this Saga again. She would do her job for me. Finally she agreed. And then I told her to file a complaint before I leave.
