30 min. wait every single time I try to withdraw money. Never more than 2 people working while 3 stations sit idle. Do better! Need good training for all staff

Poor customer service!! In line for more than 30 minutes to get to the teller. It’s always the same. Many staff members just walking around with only one teller and 10 + people in the line.This is pathetic!

Carolina Buttafuoco was extremely helpful with a personal matter. She went beyond in an effort to help me. A pleasant surprise after dealing with Bank of America customer phone support. Kudos to Carolina Buttafuoco!

Pathetic bank. I'll never go back. They have absolutely no regard for their customers. If you want excellent service, I'd suggest Prosperity Bank near Highway 6 and Briar Forest. You can expect nothing but bad service and a long line at BOA. Totally worthless comes to mind.

I had the displeasure of interacting with Kim when I came in. I came in for a transaction and planned to open an account. Her actual response to me was, “No!” This woman wouldn’t let me speak, told me I couldn’t be helped at this Bank of America or any Bank of America. She didn’t even know why I came in. I’d hate to make it an issue of race, but I literally wasn’t allowed to even state why I came in. She has no business working with customers and I can see why this branch has such a low rating.

I wasn't the customer being helped by the rude people upfront but they were just really unprofessional and spoke down to the lady like she was less than them. Dat and the lady next to him in the black,white, and brown sweater, yall should learn customer servuce. I didn't like seeing that. If my company didn't bank with yall I'd take our business else where just cause of that. But luckily for Bank of America my company doesn't let me switch banks for them.

Mr Sajjad ,He is a very good and caring person. I am very happy to have him as my customer portfolio manager. He answered the questions I asked in an explanatory way without getting bored and at the same time with humor.
