I went with my daughter to open an account today and Danielle was there to assist us. She was so nice, patient, and answered all of our questions. The process didn't take long, I felt really welcomed, and loved the experience.

I drived to this bank 20 minutes from my home on time. They just closed the office at 3.58 pm. Bank officer said sorry we can not help you l. It is closed. I just need 5 minutes. They are not helpful and trustable.

This location cannot handle walk-ins. I came in at 11:30am and they had one customer and told me to come back at 3pm for a very simple request that needed to be done in-person. I went to the location on Hwy 6 and First Colony and even with a lot of people, I saw someone in 5 minutes.
