I could not have asked for a better experience with Allstate. Alliyah was amazing! Not only did she help with my initial request, she followed up. There was a hiccup on the part of the agency I was moving from and Alliyah went right to work and resolved the issue. I would recommend Joe McGee, Allstate and Alliyah to anyone. Oh did I mention Allstate saved me over $1400 for the year.

When comparing all of the rates for homeowner's insurance, I was very surprised to find that Allstate was nearly half the price of other policies. Chris Solis helped walk me through getting the best coverage. I really felt like he was my advocate and kept my best interests at heart. If you call Joe McGee insurance, ask for Chris.

Overall I have a postitive experiene with Joe McGhee agency. It is true that the rates are going up every year, hover, after getting comparable quotes from the independent brooker, the overall Allstate cost for combined auto/home was still the lowest I could get. Agency staff is responsive to my inquiries in the past. I had some issues with the recent hail damage claim to my roof, first property claim filed since I moved to Texas in 1996, but the dispute was eventually resolved in my favor. The claim itself is handled by the Allstate adjustor and not by McGhee agency

Joseph McGee and the agents at this office should be ashamed of themselves. My husband and I have been loyal All State customers for years. My husband was a business acquaintance with All State Agent Jeff Hermes. After Jeff’s passing, our account was moved to Joseph McGee. My husband passed away last year and this office has been taking advantage of me ever since, continuing to inflate rates and not offer discounts that I qualify for. They just don’t act ethically at this office and are not honest and refuse to answer questions or explain why they continue to hike up my premiums. They just don’t care about their customers, only money and it even goes beyond that they have taken advantage of me. My recent renewal premium for myself and teenage son increased by $300 per month, totaling almost $1,000 per month I was paying for myself, son and 2 vehicles. I finally had enough trying to work with them and have switched to State Farm and my monthly premium was cut in half! I called Joseph McGees office to cancel my auto policy since I got new coverage that was half the price and they tried to tell me that State Farm must have not seen a minor accident claim from over the summer. Which the State Farm agent did see was able to pull up all that information. What Joseph McGee and his employees are doing is wrong.

Worse insurance ever! I've been waiting 3 hours for a wrecker. I'm stranded and no one cares. App doesn't work. Reps don't care and I'm done.

I was in the market looking for homeowner insurance since my current provider would not renew my policy. I am so glad they didn't renew my policy because that led me to McGee & Associates. Taylor was the agent that helped me. He was super helpful and very friendly. He was able to give me a quote and a policy in under 30 minutes. I will recommend Taylor to my friends, family, and anyone reading this.

Outrageously high prices, bait and switch tactics with advertisement ... sent me a flyer for a great price on my home insurance if I switch, - Actual quote was more than 2.5x MORE what I was sent in the mail. The agent was a nice guy, but jeez what a waste of 20 minutes.

They sent me a flyer via post, I engaged and got 'Nate' . He is working on my Home and Car. I don't expect much, but I am sure he will come back with a cheaper price or explain why I cannot get cheaper rates. These flyers must have some use to at least understand the market and engage new insurers?
