Richmond Auto claims to provide OEM quality replacement upholstery, well that my be a stretch. Do they provide good quality material? Yes, but it was not OEM quality. I ordered a replacement center console cover for my King Ranch F250, which was in bad shape. The replacement they provided did not have the King Ranch embroidered, however they did mention that in the description. However, the thickness of the leather was not comparable to the OEM leather cover. Did it fit, yes. Did the color match, pretty much, would be hard to tell without a close look. I'm I keeping it, yes. But, buyer beware that you will not get quite OEM.

Ordered a replacement seat cover for my Jeep back on March 27th. Had some communication problems between the vendors email and my email, but finally got it all worked out through texts and phone calls. Product should arrive any day so I will update the status on the product quality when it arrives. The vendor said they have upgraded the foam in the cover to a higher grade for the delayed responses and the extended time it has taken for them to ship my order, so I appreciate the good customer service.

I attempted to cancel order but received no response . The order arrived and I contacted again wanting to return no response attempted a third time no response. I am now filing a complaint with TxAttny General about sales tactics and return within 30 days.

Auto champ of Texas definitely has some items I want including seat covers for my 2000 Camaro and 2002 Firebird these guys are open 24 hours a day this is awesome
