“They are pretty decent at coming to fix the issues in the apartment. They usually come to fix the problems within two days. Any problems you have they tend to fix them as long as you tell them! The people who live in the apartments tend to trash the place though. Because they will overfill garbage around the property and then just end up throwing the trash on the ground. Or when valet does not pick up the trash they leave their trash bags on the curb or by the outside trash areas instead of taking to the dumpsters or waiting for valet. The valet can suck because they tend to miss some buildings. The apartments have approved the trash that tends to overflow by getting the maintenance guy to come pick up around the buildings in the mornings. They charge $50 to pay rent online, which is pretty silly. I’ve never had a convenience fee be that high before.
Amenities
The dog parks are not maintained the best. They cut the grass however Some people who live here just use it as waste area for their dogs. So dogs cannot even play in there. The gates to the fences tend to be hard to open because they are rusted or just don’t work. The water bowl area they have leaks and sprays everywhere if you try to use.
The “car wash” area is not the best. The vacuum area didn’t work for a while but they fixed it. They do have duct tape keeping the hose together but it has great suction now so it works! Haha. It is a dollar to use the vacuum and lasts for like a minute. The water hose is just a water hose. No spray nozzle.
The maintenance crew are probably the best thing about this place. Although we have had problems moving in they fixed every issue that I have reported about my apartment.
The insides of the apartments are really lovely. Nice and spacious.”
