“Axl was phenomenal on our tour. The staff is very personable and kind and is dedicated to caring for their residents. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The units shown were just as lovely as the external facade. The amenities are top-notch to match their service, I hope they have apartments available closer to my move in date so I can make this my future home!”

“I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars and here are the reasons.
In my original review I said "Rebecca Monic, and the maintenance team are amazing and they will go above and beyond, and Laura also was amazing." and they are more than amazing.
I talked in my original review about roaches infestation and after Sandy the new manager read my review we worked together on this problem, we were able to figure out where the roaches come to my apartment and where they hide, and the amazing maintenance person (I keep on forgetting his name) closed all of these places and I can see a significant decrease in roaches population, I saw one or two from time to time.
The reason that we decided to move to the aster was that we wanted to live next to the park we love wild life and watching birds, but when you say wild life there is more to it than just watching cardinals and humming birds in the more, so seeing raccoon is very normal when you live next to wild life, and Sandy talked to me about her plan and how she works with the park to make the complex less accessible to raccoons without hurting them.
I my original review I said that Sandy is rude, and the was due to miscommunications and misunderstanding, but after I met her she turned out to be amazing, and I would like to apologize for calling her rude.
I talked to Sandy about the dumped furniture and they were removed right away.
My car was towed from front of my apartment, and I was so frustrated, and I went and talked about it with Sandy, and she showed me that she send several emails in the past few month (I assume the first email was in 2023) that there is a new process and that we need to ringster our cars in the new system and I'm the one who didn't read the emails, and she handled it in a very professional way and she made the towing company release my car.
at the end I can see that Sandy is amazing manager and she is working very hard and putting a lot of efforts and time to fix all the problems that we are dealing with and most of these problems if not all existed before her time, and she has many things on her plate so if you have any problem go and talk to her and I guarantee you that she will take care of it, don't be like me ? and read her emails, register your car in the new system it's much better than the old process.
The only negative thing that didn't change was the management company Fogelman communications, they never respond to emails, if you call them some automated message will ask you to leave your phone number and they will reach out to you in 24 hours but they never call back, and this was one of the reasons that I put my original review I felt like they don't care.
But who needs Fogelman when we have Sandy ?, still I hope if Fogelman show butter customer service.”

“I love this community! It is clean, the staff our wonderful to work with, and my apartment is beautiful. Such a difference to my previous apartment community. I am very happy here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place. Apartment living is never easy, however, the staff here has made it as easy and convenient as it can be. It is so easy to write a bad review, so I am happy to take the time to write a good one.”

“We moved in April 2023 and our story is a little unique. Looking for an abode in Houston we were exploring Katy and Sugar Land. After deciding on Sugar Land , finding homes and apartments were the next hurdle. Having gone by Google Reviews of Retreat at Riverstone, it became the last choice for us.

But to our surprise, the apartments are large, high ceiling, excellent working equipment, well-maintained campus, great gym and pool and how can I forget the dog park and barbecue gazebos. We have lived for a year, extended our lease for another 15 months recently.

If you are looking to live in Sugar Land, Riverstone this is the best choice. Please don't go by Google reviews but do visit the place and then decide.

And about the staff, starting with front office, they may come across as impolite people but they are clear, open, transparent and upfront may be just not as diplomatic as one would expect. Some people may find it as a problem but it is not actually. And the maintenance staff is just as wonderful.”
