Trash service. Long wait. Bald Indian guy lacks common sense. This is why I never come to this branch even though it’s the closest one to me. Doesn’t matter who it is but they can’t do the most basic things. I’ve moved 3 of my business accounts to Frost Bank already now I’m going to be moving my last one.

We are very happy with sugarland/university location.we were very impressed with a warm welcome by their staff the min we entered the building.James&Dhaval Patel both were very polite, friendly,courteous, &and very helpful in setting up our account.Thanks .

Awful service at the Sugar Land-University off of 59 location. We have a business account with them, and we are considering just going to another bank. They are not helpful, rude, and take way to long to do anything. We have gone to Rosenberg location and Sienna with no issues so we might just considering avoiding this branch. This place use to have staff that was nice and helpful but there’s new people now. We will not be going here anymore.

Teller at Sugar Land made opening a new account almost impossible. Took several visits and follow ups. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service through the N.Houston location, whom we have had a relationship with for years, I would have stayed with my old bank. She made it very difficult.

Normally we use this branch because customer service is always superior to any other Amegy bank in the area. Today, we unfortunately encountered two rude employees. We needed to complete a couple different transactions - exchange some smaller bills for larger ones, get a cashiers check and deposit a check. The first employee greeted us when we arrived in a flat, monotone voice. Even though her words were polite - it felt insincere. We explained what we needed done and she told us we needed to count the cash ourselves before she would put it through their counting machine. I started counting the money and she said don’t put the bills like that (I was pilling them in a way that if I lost count I could easily recount) because they’ll need to go into the machine straight. I didn’t understand why she couldn’t just count it for us using the machine. Seems inefficient. When she finished depositing our check, she held her hand out without saying a word and gestured she wanted the cash from us. Which I thought was rude. Also, there were customers at the drive thru window, the teller stopped helping us multiple times to go help them and eventually asked another employee to help us with the cashiers check. This employee showed us the cashiers check and asked us to make sure everything was correct. We checked the amount and to whom the check was made out to; “LLC” had been left off. My husband asked if that needed to be on the cashiers check. The teller said You’ll have to call them and ask. My husband said they are probably closed and the teller shrugged her shoulders as if saying “not my problem.” So I said I wrote LLC on the form. She said I can re-do it? We said yes because we are closing on our house and don’t want any snags or issues (but honestly: doesn’t matter what the check is for; We want it done correctly and you asked US to confirm it was correct and it wasn’t so please fix it!) While walking away she sighed loudly as if we were annoying her.Both my husband and I remained polite through out but it was definitely difficult.

Lucky there is no 0 star option. Worst possible staff you can have working a bank. I would definitely advise people to take their business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Slowest drive thru. Disrespectful staff. They can never provide you with an answer over the phone and ALWAYS say they will call you back, but NEVER do. This is by far the worst Amegy Bank branch in existence, and they should be embarrassed.

If I seem a little nervous to you, it's because Amegy. Lately, Amegy over the tiniest little things. Located down here in Sugar Land, this is a pretty good bank, and we've been looking for a place to put our money - at least a bunch of new accounts anyway - and this is one of the ones that we've been considering. When we visited, they seemed friendly and affable, and you should check it out when you come down this way, if you need a new bank.

My experience with this bank is always the same they take forever to to cash your check even though they have everything that they need on the screen. to make things faster I open an account with them and that didn't change nothing at all , is the only bank that I know that it takes forever and I have three different accounts with different banks
