The care they provide for all pets they see is excellent. This includes smaller pets, other than dogs & cats, as well. They are also very upfront with their recommended services billing estimates, before any work is performed. To which they also explain the what's & why's in an understandable manner.

BEWARE: please read this review until the end. Our fur babies deserve better, and so do we. ABC DELETED THIS REVIEW ON GOOGLE I have boarded my pet at this facility 3x in total. Two out of those three times, my pet had health related incidents. Once I picked him up early, due to an unexpected turn of events. Granted, he is 11yrs old, he is in very good health, as he has health insurance and I keep up with his regular scheduled checkups and dental cleanings. The first time I boarded my pet at ABC Animal and Bird Clinic, the staff called me the day before I was due to return from my trip, to inform me that there was blood in my pet's feces. This raised a red flag, because my pet had a checkup a week prior to boarding, and he was in perfect health. I told them not to treat him. I took him to his regular vet and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with him. I also did not observe any blood in is feces. I didn't look too much into this incident because it was minor, in my opinion. Most recently, giving the facility the benefit of the doubt, I bored my pet again. This time, the outcome was much more severe. When I arrived at the facility to pick my pet up, I was greeted with an extra charge for a service rendered, that I did not approve nor request. When I inquired about the charge, the lady at the front desk told me they treated my pet for a wound. I was deeply concerned as I dropped my pet off in great health. When they finally brought my pet out, I was distraught! *see pictures* they said his wound was a result of persistent licking, due to a "hot spot", on his lower back. My pet has no known allergies. Furthermore, he's been seen by the same vet for 7yrs, and has never been diagnosed with any type of allergy. To make matters worse, I asked when they attempted to contact me for permission to treat, and coincidentally, they expressed, they tried to reach me the day before I was due to return from my travels, similar to the first incident. I have come to the conclusion that ABC is negligent or intentionally causing harm to animals or both, to add more charges for care. I believe they are exploiting the love we have for our pets, using our emotional attachment to our fur babies to scam us. I took my pet to his regular vet, the day that I picked him up from ABC. The vet informed me that my pet's wound was infected, and the medication ABC provided was inadequate to treat the infection. The vet explained other possibilities of what could have caused the wound, but I will keep this to myself, as they are speculation. I will be taking further action against ABC Animal and Bird clinic.

We took our military macaw for a checkup. This was our first time in this clinic. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly.Dr. Vivian Ho and her tech Jodi deserve a special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. It's so rare to find a veterinarian who not only possesses a deep understanding of avian health but also exhibits such patience and dedication. Dr. Ho took the time to thoroughly examine my macaw, carefully checking his physical condition and even taking the time to listen to the bird's heart. This level of detailed examination speaks volumes about Dr. Ho's commitment to ensuring the best possible care for her patients.Dr. Ho also went the extra mile to educate us on how to best care for our bird moving forward.I highly recommend this clinic for all bird owners!

Just wanting to say ABC was there for me when I had to put my fur baby down. My kitty was almost 23 years old and my family. They were able to work me in at the last minute for one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. They understood. There was a ceramic plaque afterwards. Then today I received a beautiful card signed by everyone. This was a very hard time in my life and I still miss my baby so much but thanks to ABC they have added a little sunshine to some very dark days. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this vet.

We took our military Macaw here for the first time. We've been struggling to find a certified avian vet until I found ABC. Our baby went through the whole exam process from blood work to x-rays and although it's always stressful for your bird they did an outstanding job making it as easy as possible. It was super important to me that we found a well educated vet as the avian species can be harder to deal with at times, and ABC did great.

Untrustworthy, misdiagnosed with no remorse. Proceeded with the exams and testing the Vet ask for, and they had no answers nor explanation. Only I don't know's. Do not go here with your loved pet's.
