This 711 used to be pretty good a couple years back. I don’t know what happened between those years, either poor management or lack of funds, but it was just awful when products were stocked that I had to purchase for someone.

I was at the 7-Eleven on Friday, January, 12 there is this girl I don’t know her name or anything, but she started cussing out me and my friends for no reason because we were standing there looking to see if they had this one snack that my friend really wanted. She just started calling us the b word and the f word this really how are cash register be acting or anything and she started yelling at us for no reason and we left after that. Is this really how employees are supposed to be acting like because me and my friends felt really disrespectful after this i’m really much going to stop coming here because of the coworker yelling at me and my friends and I don’t feel like it’s a safe environment for us. because of the cursing so much. she was really disrespectful. Towards me and my friend saying she’ll put a “taser in our mouth.” She proceeded to say I’m going to call “law-enforcement” when we didn’t do anything to her and that’s what I don’t like how the way me and my friends were being treated because that’s not how we should be getting treated out of this world. And also, my friend was trying to buy something but the cash register lady snatch it out of my friends hand and started yelling at her and telling her you need to leave my store but she didn’t even do anything to her and she started yelling at us for no reason and she also said “I’m gonna start drinking because of y’all” I don’t really know is this how employee should be acting to customers, worst is 7-Eleven ever she started making my friend cry as well I don’t really think she should be working at the 7-Eleven (personal opinion) worst is 7-Eleven .

I lived in NT for many years, has frequently visited this st ore over years. Over the last two years I can't help to notice all the panhandling that's going on. You all must do something about that as I am very uncomfortable pulling in to get gas a d someone approached asking for money!

Me and a line of people had to wait 15 min to check out because of a “shift change” while workers stood around making small talk. How about just closing the store.

Always used to order pizza from them at late night when I get of my work 8/30/23 2:50am some guy picks up phone telling me we don’t sell pizza at this time with very disrespect full way starting cursing on phone and we’re talking trash

Pizzs was sold with drainage from the AC on it. Cooler is turned off to restock. As a former food service manager in Harris county, the cooler should never read above 40 degrees. It happens all the time. Dont get sick people who eat there

Don't bother coming here to get a fountain drink. Most of the flavors were flat. Glad I tasted it before walking out. Plus, the reward program didn't work at this store. Said it was unavailable.

The customer service was so overwhelming supportive and went the extra mile to explain when I had questions about items advertised on the app or window display. I ordered a pizza for a family member to take to them and the manager brought the pizza out to my car to me personally when it was ready, because I had to go back to my car to put my phone on the charger. The pizza was hot and freshly made. I was so grateful and that customer service was just lovely and definitely made my day.
