There is a racist cashier at this location. I believe I was racially profiled because I am black. He didn’t speak to me. He just told me how much an item was like I couldn’t afford it. He was very rude. I hate I moved to this area now. He made me feel unwanted.

Be careful with the store owner. He intentionally completed my online order without issuing my order items claiming that he did not received the order. That is a fraud. Online order customer service was able to see that he completed the order on his order before I was able to pick up my order. His attitude is always very ignoring and rude to customers. Extremely bad experience with this store owner.

My children and I have been coming here off and on for a few month. Not only is the icee machine almost never working at any times we come in. There is a specific worker who is always rude and has an attitude anytime we walk in the store. We always feel racially profiled. He’s always yelling at children and trying to rush anyone who in the store who isn’t white. I’ve noticed he speaks to the white customers but never the minority’s when he his self is one.

I've had a really bad experience at this 7-Eleven. As a student from the nearby school, my friends and I are regularly treated poorly by one of the workers. He gets upset when we come in and even accuses us of stealing. It's extremely unprofessional, and he has made racially insensitive comments about our skin color, saying we're not welcome in the store. On top of that, he even tried to grab my friend's hand and drag him out. I won't be coming back.

LOL - ATM was tricky, need to open to take out money. Next person to use will be $40 richer, I forgot to take the money! No one picked up when I called back. Otherwise ok!

This was the best stop in the neighborhood. Now it’s filthy with h bad employees. The great employees are gone, replaced by scum like the bald guy with bad teeth.

This 711 used to be pretty good a couple years back. I don’t know what happened between those years, either poor management or lack of funds, but it was just awful when products were stocked that I had to purchase for someone.

I was at the 7-Eleven on Friday, January, 12 there is this girl I don’t know her name or anything, but she started cussing out me and my friends for no reason because we were standing there looking to see if they had this one snack that my friend really wanted. She just started calling us the b word and the f word this really how are cash register be acting or anything and she started yelling at us for no reason and we left after that. Is this really how employees are supposed to be acting like because me and my friends felt really disrespectful after this i’m really much going to stop coming here because of the coworker yelling at me and my friends and I don’t feel like it’s a safe environment for us. because of the cursing so much. she was really disrespectful. Towards me and my friend saying she’ll put a “taser in our mouth.” She proceeded to say I’m going to call “law-enforcement” when we didn’t do anything to her and that’s what I don’t like how the way me and my friends were being treated because that’s not how we should be getting treated out of this world. And also, my friend was trying to buy something but the cash register lady snatch it out of my friends hand and started yelling at her and telling her you need to leave my store but she didn’t even do anything to her and she started yelling at us for no reason and she also said “I’m gonna start drinking because of y’all” I don’t really know is this how employee should be acting to customers, worst is 7-Eleven ever she started making my friend cry as well I don’t really think she should be working at the 7-Eleven (personal opinion) worst is 7-Eleven .
