First time at this location and my experience was a 10/10! Candice helped me find tactical pants for my new job and went to the back several times to help me find my size! I have a lot of 511 items. I have realized 2 things about them:1. Sizes vary by style and even color of the same item...try everything on.2. Beware the 60% off sale. I recently grabbed a few items off the racks clearly labeled 60% off and 2 of them were regular price and only 1 item was 'on sale'. When I questioned the original price of the '60% off' item it came out to 30% off. All these items were on the 60% rack. Classic bait and switch, I walked away annoyed with zero items. Generally I like this store and the clothes / items it sells. I hate misrepresentation, treating your customers assuming they can't do math is dishonest. Labeling a rack of clothing 60% off and not having anything at the advertised discount on it is just plain dishonest and poor business ethics. Shame on whoever came up with this idea.

Love going to this store! when I walked in the first day, I was looking for uniform pants and a new bag for work. Jasmine was the first person I met and was extremely helpful and super sweet :) she gave me so many options for pants that I didn’t know existed! Being a woman looking for uniform pants, she gave me a great perspective when helping pick out the style. She also helped me pick out a new bag. She took her time to make sure I had the right product, which was amazing. Now every time I go in there, we talk and catch up :) And of course is always super helpful every time! Stop in and see her! You won’t regret it!

Good product. Horrible customer service. Won’t let you return anything if got some fold on it. Employee doesn’t know what they doing. Need call the manager on every single step of a return.
