DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! Zero Stars!!! I called at 8:51 p.m. and was told that it would be 90 minutes from the time I called. I received an email to pay up front and my transaction went through at 9:41 p.m. I called to confirm that they received my transaction, and then I was told that the driver was 10 minutes away. After 40 minutes, I called back because I hadn't heard from the driver, and the agent told me it was going to be two more hours! This is the worst service that I ever initiated and I called back to cancel and was told that they were going to charge me a $50 cancellation fee! I will be disputing that with my credit card as well. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE!!
