Great gym and great people! The pictures listed are incorrect. This is a brand new gym that just opened with all new equipment. The pictures are of an old 24 Hour Fitness that closed down. Don't know why they are mixed up.

This is the newest and nicest gym in Sugar Land by a long shot! Not too busy and has everything I need. Love being able to use it 24/7 and getting my workout done quickly.

Great gym. Brand new equipment. Clean facility and I don't have to wait in line for equipment. 10/10 would recommend.

Stay home, be safe and workout at your home. Avoid contact with other people. Avoid big gatherings. Gyms are not safe at this pandemic time.

Wayne is the man, he is very helpful and friendly. Overall, I love the club; first floor is clean and organized. Unlikely upstair is kinda mess and old but it’s alright. All machines work great and that’s adequate.

This gym is disgusting I bought a membership worked out there and the next day I got pink eye I continued going there for about a week and continued to stay sick I stopped going and haven't been sick since STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM IT IS NOT WORTH IT. After I told them why I'm not paying anymore they said I would get an early termination fee this gym is not customer friendly at all if you see a promotion for it do a 180 and run away as fast as possible.

Been a 24hour fitness member since early 2000s (formerly a Q club member actually). You get what you pay for! It’s a gym. Nothing fancy. Has everything you need and then you leave and get on with life:) Good enough to spend 1.5 hours at. This place is no different than any other 24 hour fitness sport locations.

This gym isn't bad but it's not good. It looks like it needs a remodel. The front desk staff is okay, pretty dry "enjoy your workout" when you come in. The cardio area is pretty good, a lot of available machines. Stair masters are located near windows so the sun is beating your back during the day. I don't like how the weight machines are set up, some are missing the pins and directions. The locker rooms look clean but smell weird. All in all, I wouldn't make this my gym home but okay to pop in on occasion for a workout. Oooh the training area downstairs is nice.

YELP indicated the gym was closed, but it is open! and lots of activity. Staff is nice and pool is clean. Locker rooms have been updated. I enjoy working out here. Only one complaint: Location is on the busy freeway and parking lot is crowded right after work. But that is ok.

First workout in the gym last night and admittedly I was rushing but seems to have plenty of equipment and vibe was good.

Been going to 24hr for years and was skeptical about this one after reading the reviews. The staff was super nice and it was very clean. They also have some newer machines now which was pretty cool. This has the same layout as two other ones and is almost identical to the one on Westheimer near the tollway. I have it 5 stars because it’s 24... no hassles or sales when I walk in and not over crowded.

Joined a different location near work but the type of membership I have allows me to use this location also, as it is a tier down from the other location. I only go to Sugarland on days when I don't work because it is close to home. The staff I have encountered are nice and don't try to sell you something every time you walk through the door unlike other locations. But I wish they would make an effort to replace some of the rusty, dusty, crusty equipment. Atmosphere is okay I just wish they'd take the time to update the place; they'd get more business if they did.

Apparently it's not always 24 hours, why call it 24 hour fitness if it's not actually open 24 hours? I went there one time and they closed at around 10 pm and I had just gotten there a little bit before 10. They should change their name to 24 hour fitness(sometimes)
