I have been buying beef from windy bar for since before covid. I am always impressed to the flavor difference in their product vs store bought. The price per lb may seem a bit rich but the overall quality is hard to match. I promise you wont go back to HEB after WBB.

This is the best beef I have had. The steaks are so tender, great taste. I would never buy New York strip due to toughness, but this steak was just as good as the ribeye. We bought half of beef and so far have no complaints. Just good eating

We ordered a 1/4 side to start and going forward will only be buying Windy Bar beef! They offered a FREE and really nice 5 c.f. chest freezer with our 1/4 deliver. The flavor and tenderness of their product is outstanding and Tyler is great deal with. Everything we've eaten so far has been a real treat. From their hamburger, Strips, flat iron steaks, roast....all were awesome!! There are only two of us, so not too sure how ofter we will need to replenish our meat supply, but when we do we will order from Windy Bar.

We ordered a 1/4 and while the website said it normally takes 4-5 weeks to get your order around, ours was ready in 2 weeks. We got 3 very full and good size boxes. My wife tried the flat iron steak and loved it (no picture) and tonight we had the New York Strip Steaks which turned out very delicious with some SPG (salt, pepper and garlic) on them. Oh, pick up was easy and the people at Windy Bar Beef were very nice. The cost? Just a little over $900, that was before the 1 June 2021 price increase.

I bought 1/4 cow from Windy Bar Beef in March. Mostly, I purchased the beef because we eat it a couple of times a month, and I have always wanted to purchase from a local farm. I heard about Windy Bar Beef on KLBJ radio. OH. MY. WORD. This is the best beef I have ever eaten. It is marbled, it is tender, it is flavorful. Even when I accidentally overcook it just a tad on my grill, it's still perfect. I didn't know that sirloin could taste that delicious. I may never go back to store bought beef again. Highly, highly recommend. Yum!

We bought a side of beef from Windy Bar and it has been fantastic. This was the first time I have ever made such a purchase and was nervous that it would not be the quality that I was hoping for. I am very happy to say I’m glad that I took the chance. The beef is aged 28 days and is a very fair price. They do halves and quarters and the processor worked with me cutting it how I wanted. I am set for a good while on meat but I’m sure I will buy again from them.

Bought two of the steak packs for Christmas gifts, and one for myself. I can't say enough for the quality and value of the product. Both recipients of the gifts were very well pleased. They both raved about the tenderness and the flavor.One pack went to Atlanta and arrived in excellent frozen condition and the other went to Houston with the same results. I live "down the street" so speak so delivery was not a concern. If your able, stop in and visit as the web site says, and order as I did, the folks there are friendly and very helpful.I have received beef packs as gifts in the past, the quality and the value was not the equal of Windy Bars. I'll order again as soon as I finish that giant roast.

After many strike-outs for giftgiving to my son in law, I look forward to giving him this. I bought extra to try it out, made meatballs and pressure cooked a chicken. Both were full of flavor. I love supporting local producers.
