Called over 30 places in the area so you don’t have to—GO HERE. Really great customer service and I received an estimate by email before our initial phone call even ended. All of the guys were super nice and aware of the situation so we felt really comfortable dropping off my trailer. We had planned for a three day stay, but it was ready within 24 hours. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Thank you for getting us on the road!!!!!!

I first used Fritztown before Covid when my battery failed. I have continued to use them for most of my repairs. I drive a Ram 2500 that just turned over 100k miles. It still drives like new and I have never had a problem outside of a bad battery. They do excellent work and have always stood behind it.

We are on a trip out in West Texas and noticed a nail in one of our tires as we were leaving a roadside ice cream place. We pulled in right as they were closing but they still took us and did excellent service with the patch on the tire

My husband has used these guys for a few vehicles of ours and they always do a good job. I was in a pinch on time and my car was acting up. I showed up without an appointment and Jacob fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Great folks. Great service.

Fast, friendly, fair-priced, fantastic service. Traveling on a Sunday afternoon on Highway 290 about a mile from Stonewall, the check engine light on my GMC Yukon came on and the temperature gauge on my engine started red-lining. I remembered seeing Fritztown Off-Road on a previous trip in Stonewall so I made it to their parking lot and turned off the vehicle. It was a Sunday and I could see they were closed, so I expected to have a diagnosis of the problem on Monday at the earliest. I started considering who I was going to call to rescue me.Even though they were closed, the owners happened to have stopped by the building that day, and owners Keith, Tina, and Jacob offered to get to the bottom of my problem and get me back on the road. They gave me a ride to Luckenbach where I was headed, and while I was there they replaced my radiator, waterpump and thermostat. The prices were fair and reasonable, and the service was excellent. They were kind and generous.Next time I need service, I am going to make special trips their way because I like how they take care of customers. I'm happy that my radiator cracked near their family business because they have earned my business and loyalty. I wish you all the good fortune of having car trouble or an auto service need near Johnson City, Fredericksburg, or Stonewall, because that means Fritztown Off-Road can take good care of you too.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
