We entered the drive thru line in the middle of the day with no other cars in front of us. We sat there for about 5 minutes before we were told that someone would be right with us. After another 5 minutes the same employee came on the speaker and told us that they were not taking drive thru orders because they were catching up on orders inside. When we told her that it would have been nice if she had initially told us that rather than making us sit and wait, another employee told us “You can go ahead and go! We don’t need the attitude!” We asked for the name and phone number of the manager and we got no response. Unfortunately this has been a frequent stop for us for many years, but after today’s experience we will not be back.

Our order was wrong and then the cashier argued with us. We heard the cook talking about us and were afraid of our food being tainted so we left without a refund or our food.While waiting on our order, One of the workers came in visibly under the influence of some sort of drug. He sat his cigarette (half smoked) on the table and walked to the kitchen. When he walked in we thought he was a guy off the street, not an employee!If I could give zero stars, I would.

I shouldn’t even give this place a one star. Ordered a number 9 (tacos) and 3 additional tacos with no tomatoes as I am allergic. The guy taking the order gave us 2 number 9s. Said it’s only a dollar more and he’d take it off because he felt nice today. Ordered 2 mini blizzard’s and he said a medium was only a dollar more and he’d take it off. We didn’t want a medium and I didn’t want a drink which was why I ordered the 3 additional taco’s (no tomatoes) we waited 30 minutes before I walked up and said how much longer? The girl checked with the cook and we were way in the back because drive-through was priority. I told her I wanted my money back and she didn’t want to give it to me so the cooks got right on it. Got my tacos, cold and guess what? Tomatoes on it! No apology or nothing. Then I had to inform the girl about our blizzards. She reluctantly brought them to us as she could feel my frustration. Oh and tacos were cold, hardly any meat. A few pieces of grated cheese. However, the blizzards were delicious. Bottom line I hope the owner/manager sees this. Or maybe they could care less. Idk!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Stopped by to grab lunch and waiting behind someone in line we watched TWO different employees handle the register / touch and count money then go to the back and touch the burgers and food with their bare hands without washing their hands. I don't expect these places to be top tier but it takes 2 minutes to wash your hands or put on some gloves before handling the publics food. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! We left immediately and empty handed.
