First, let me start off by saying, that the entire crew who was working on 5/22 at 545pm-6pm was incredibly nice and welcoming! But, I would like to brag about Casey in the pharmacy. Casey is a true gem. Casey went above and beyond to help me get the immunization shot I needed! Every place I called said the stopped giving shots at 7pm. I don't get off of work until 7, so me getting lock jaw was looking pretty positive lol Casey was willing to stay an extra 30 minutes to accommodate little ol me. I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome Casey is and how thankful I am. (Also, sorry if I misspelled your name) ?

Didn't know about the walk out when we made our appointments to get the new Covid injections. The folks working in the pharmacy did an awesome job. And it is true that they are unstaffed. Still, they maintained professional composure under several stressful situations we witnessed while waiting. The young assistant that administered our shots was professional and pleasant. He also administered the first injection ever given to me that was completely painless. Thank you to the staff at Walgreen's Pharmacy in Stephenville, Texas!

Whether or not they're busy, they'll sit on their thumbs and you'll wait for your prescription for 15-20 mins without fail. It doesn't matter how long ago a prescription was sent over. CVS time, apparently.

The pharmacist returned my money for a prescription that was charged incorrectly and he was so nice. All of the staff go out of the way to help customers and patients and they do it with a smile. Love this store!

WENT TO WALGREENS FOR A BOOSTER. SIGN SAID WALK INS WELCOME. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A VACCINE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY WANT PEOPLE TO BE VACCINATED BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What a wonderful staff! Everyone is kind, so helpful and very knowledgeable. Kuddos to all of this staff. Keeping your cool when customers are screaming because they think they think they should not pay because they have insurance or because they do not have to wait in line, like the rest of us. Your staff is more kind than I would be. Keep rocking it!

We get our prescriptions from Walgreens. The pharmacy staff are always friendly, kind,and professional! They are very helpful and answer all questions with understandable answers. We are returning satisfied customers!
