They boarded my dog for free when I was thinking about my decision options and went as far as to contact the adoption agency I got my pet from and get the service paid for. “Over the weekend our 9 yr old lab mix was lethargic and not eating or drinking very much. On Monday we called our regular vet and they said there was no vet in the office today and I could bring the dog tomorrow. I then called another vet and got the same response. I then called cornerstone and they said they had no appt openings but I could bring dog in as a drop off which was fine with us. I brought him in at 9 and at 1030 Dr Lauren called and told us what she thought that he swallowed something which caused his throat to be swollen . We thought he might have swallowed a Texas lizard so that made sense. She gave us some pills and we were able to pick him up much sooner than expected. It just surprises me that vet offices don't have at least one Dr on staff everyday. We appreciate cornerstone for seeing to our dog.”

“We have been very pleased with River North Small Animal Hospital. We moved to Stephenville in 2005 with our only boy cat.
We tried an animal place, and we thought that we looked at putting our cat there so we could get back and get our other items.
When we got back and picked our cat back and found that they had put our cat in a cage that faces all the dogs.
We asked around and found out that River North Animal Hospital was the best.
The cats have their cages, and the dogs were in another private area.
When the vet had to put our pet to sleep, she had us there, and we got to be there, so the cat knew we loved him enough to be there to the end.”

“We were driving through Stephenville, after clinic hours, when we realized my little chihuahua was having symptoms of heat stroke, even though he was in our air-conditioned car. We started trying to find an emergency vet and were directed to Ark Veterinary Hospital by some locals at a pet supply store. Even though it was after hours, Dr. Karen Hobbs answered the phone and said she'd wait there for us. She treated my little dog Beau with such care and compassion, ultimately getting him out of danger. She is so thoughtful, caring and a truly talented veterinarian.
