Mari gave me an incredibly helpful makeup tutorial that has made a huge difference in my appearance. She is very patient and thorough, and helped me find products I love that work with what I already had. Every one there has been very sweet and professional and the products are wonderful.

The cashier last night made me feel so uncomfortable. For preface I live 45 minutes away from the closest Ulta. I was in town last night and thought to pop in real quick to get some foundation and setting spray. Immediately the cashier hit me with the we close in 5 minutes. It was so hostile I immediately felt rushed. I hurried to get what the first thing that I could color match and went to check out. Same cashier opened my foundation and squirted at lease two uses out. Didn’t say anything just wiped it off and kept going. I didn’t want to ask for a new one because of how uncomfortable I felt. Will always love the store just this experience gave me a ick feeling.

I would not recommend this salon for eyebrows they are horrible I left in tears and she wanted to charge me $30 the manager agreed they was horribly done and did not charge me .. BUT I HAD to GO somewhere else to have them fixed HOT NALIS THEY FIXED IT THE BEST THEY COULD ! Hot nails is the place to go for eyebrow waxing! And they are fantastic!

The cashiers are friendly and helpful. I had to ask for help finding an item, and the young lady knew exactly where it was and took me right over to it. I love Ulta for all of my beauty needs.

No one offered to help me even though I could tell they didn't like that I stayed so long and kept wandering around. I had checked online to confirm they carried the products I was looking for in the location. A clerk reprimanded me for testing a hair product because she said they didn't have testers for that line. The can had no cap so I did not think it was stock for sale. Who would buy a can of hair product when it had no cap and looked used. Back to Sephora when I visit Dallas.

The Benefit Arch Expert Tara, is amazing! She takes her time, her tint lasts for a while too and doesn’t just wash off after a couple of times. She’s very informative about the products as well! Super sweet girl! Thanks Tara!

Customer Service at Ulta Beauty in Stephenville is the absolute best!! At every visit they always give a cheerful greeting and offer to assist with product location, selection and other information. The staff has been considerate of special needs and they making shopping there a pleasure!
