EDIT** Christy looked into our issue and gave us a $300 credit for the wrong diagnosis we were charged for. Excellent Customer Service! I've changed our 2 star review to a 4 star review.
We took our truck here for a repair we told them was needed and not only did they not fix the problem, they charged us $300 to diagnose the problem ($7,500 repair estimate) and when we took it away to fix ourselves, it was less than $500 to fix the problem. $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis? I don't think so. I reached out to them to discuss (spoke to Derek) who never got back to me as promised.
They did find and fix a different problem which we are thankful for but they didn't even look at the initial problem until we tried to pick up the truck the first time. That's when they started a 2nd ticket and charged us $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis.

I’ve got a 2023 Kenworth W900 and the truck was supposed to be adjusted before I got the truck but it wasn’t, I brought it back to get fixed because I had some other issues and the mechanic stuck a piece of leather in there and it lasted maybe 5 miles and then I was back to the same problem again. If they’re going to fix the problem then I just wish they would fix it right. It’s a brand new truck with only a little over 21,000 miles on it and I have no clutch brake I’ve got to fight to get it to take a gear from a dead stop and it should not be that way.

Would not recommend this place! My son had his freightliner towed to them when his truck just died while driving down ths road. They called and claimed they had repaired the truck but when we got there to pick it up all they had done is replace a battery cable end and a battery. We paid the bill and took the truck and it shut off again 20 miles from there shop with the exact same issue they claimed they repaired

They didn't touch my skid steer. I explained the problem and they said while they might "could" fix it, they don't have the parts access Bobcat does, nor the experience to work on those particular engines, so I would b better off elsewhere. Rather than take the work, they suggested a better alternative both in terms of price and perhaps quality of work.So they just ended up on my very short list of places to take my diesel truck should it ever need work. I very much appreciate honesty up front like that.

This company puts the cheapest parts they can get on your trucks and they will shortly in turn break down. They pay the poor employees minimum wage that work in the heat all day. Go somewhere that actually cares about the customer and their employees. -NOT A SPAM REVIEW-
