I recently took my car to Soto Auto Body for a paint job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This was my second visit; the first was for a full bumper replacement, which they handled flawlessly. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Soto Auto Body for any auto body needs. They truly deliver on quality and service!

I took my black F150 in with hail damage 10 days ago to Soto’s based on google reviews. Today when I picked it up I was truly shocked that in that short amount of time the truck looks new again!

My truck got minor damage from a tanker truck to the driver side rear tail end and I was told to take it here for repairs by the company that owned the tanker truck. I took it and got the estimate and turned the estimate over to the company. I then called them and scheduled to drop off my truck a month later when I would be off work the week of having it fixed. I took it in on a Wednesday (they are not open on weekends) I called on Friday and they had not started on it and I became worried. Monday they still hadn't started and didn't know if they would get to it this week because of being short staffed. I was surprised that on Tuesday I got an email saying that my truck was moved into the bay and it would be ready by Friday. I was even more shocked when they called me Wednesday at 4pm saying it was ready. The work they did was beyond fast and I have to say it was a beautiful repair job they did on it. They matched the paint to the T and put a new tail light in and it looks as good as new without a trace of ever having been damaged. I had never heard of this place before now but you can bet I will trust them if I ever need them again. Reasonable price, great work, even does there best to keep within the time goals when able. Thank you Fernando and Soto Body Shop I am very happy right now.

I really don't know how this place is rated so well, I mean I really, truly do not. They have had my car for two days short of a MONTH, and it's still not done. Problems have been there since day one, we were told that insurance had already tendered a payment, and that it would be taken care of, but someone from the shop called talking about "well we can't start until we get payment." One week in and "we're still ironing out the payment" week two "we should start ordering parts soon" week three "I think they ordered parts" all the way up to today when I called and said "hey is my car done" and was told "oh I guess they forgot about the damage on the back... Give us until Friday and it'll be done."I understand that things take time but we went from an estimated completion time of: "about a week" to "at least a week" then "nine days". We're now a month in, and when I dared to balk at the time it has taken (did I mention that the rental I'm in has cost more than half of the estimated cost of repairs?) I was told "were not a fast food service". You're barely a "service" at all.I chose this place based on the reviews, based on so many people saying how "fast" and "efficient" it was. I will never give them business again, and I'll be suggesting that others not, either. Horrible service, horrible quality customer care, never answer their phone, and it's always "call back next week and check". Horrendous business. Deplorable.Service: Body & Trim

I heard Soto's was a good place until we went to get help with the passenger door handle. They look at it said they can handle it. When we got home the door handle broke the same way. They did not fix it they did not say anything but they took our money. When we called to tell them they know it would break when we brought it home because they didn't fix it with the correct part and still had the nerve to ask for more money to get the correct part and still have not offered to fix it. I drive my disabled mother around so that's fun. Thanks Soto for nothing! Don't ever go to this place!!

WARNING!! Horrible! Don't go!! Took my car to fix the door handle and got it back the same way but they still charged me and the wanted more money to do it correctly. What kinda business does that!
