Good Evening,Shoe Dept Encore here in Stephenville is under a terrible management.Business under such an inexperienced Store Mgr can never flourish.I purchased a pair of Shoes from Clearance Section couple days ago for my mother , unfortunately it won’t fit her so today I went to Shoe Dept Encore again to return it , I was told that they don’t return shoes from the clearance section, & told me that I can exchange with another purchase.I spent time again to find some other option but unfortunately couldn’t find any option which my mother may like ,So I asked one of the team members that I can’t find any option , is there any other solution to this ? She called the Store Mgr & shortly Store Mgr showed up who behaved very rudely & she told me in disrespectful way that we can’t do anything in this case .I was like ok , y’all can keep this pair of shoes & anyone can have it who it may fit , but pls put some sign in Clearance Section that y’all don’t do return for shoes in Clearance . Right away Store Mgr said “ You can leave the Store now or She will call the cops on me & Never come back here again “This is extremely unprofessional & vey disrespectful way for the customer at any business.Good luck to the business owners to expect better sales under this type of Store Mgr

Happily surprise to find a last minute gift for my mom. Sadly the staff like taking their breaks inside the bathrooms (2), everybody on their phones while customers are lining up.

Great store! They have a good selection of shoes for everyone. The prices are fair. Customer service is fantastic!! I had a mix up with some shoes I purchased recently and the 2 female employees working helped me so kindly. They made sure it was corrected and I truly appreciate it.

Good selection, killer staff. Came in ten min till close and they were chill about me browsing. Then they ended up taking me online to order what wasn't even in the store. Had them shipped straight to the house

We love this place. This new one is amazing. Staff seemed tired tonight. Not much help, but I felt like if we asked they would have jumped right on it! Store was well kept and great show sales.
