I went in for 4 weeks in a row before my salon opened. Each time I asked a question, or they answered the phone, their answer was "I dont know the answer to that" or "I'm not the person to talk to about that". I was in there spending over $300.00 worth of product and with no help to look at products, thought they would acknowledge our shopping, someone finally came over to us to finally say something.. but it was to only tell us "just to let you know we go to lunch in 5 minutes" I asked each time what days do you come to our city, they gave me two different days, but, once I'm not sure about that, it depends, and never tried to look into any answers, but when my salon opened, two weeks went by, and NOBODY EVER CAME TO THE SALON, after I went in 4 different times, 45 miles, to make sure, and confirm they had EVERYTHING they needed from me to have this set up. I am annoyed and don't complain about anything usually, but this is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in 20 years of the industry. Never had the products that I requested, and "didn't know about that" when I asked when they were going to get them in.I haven't had retail on my shelf, ran out of colors, had to find someone else, and research new product lines after I advertised Redken for months. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Less than 1 STAR.
