Searched all over Stephenville for a small pipe fitting. Went to Tractor Supply, Ace, Auto Zone... This Napa has way more inventory than you'd expect. I found my new first go-to place!

Travis was a life saver today! My husband and son we’re headed home from a calf roping when the truck broke down. Travis followed my husband to the Napa store in brownwood, which was over an hour drive. He got my husband the part he needed and lended him some tools to get it fixed and running again. He was so thoughtful in helping my husband get back on the road so they could get home. We appreciate you so much, Travis! Thank you!!!

They most generally have "The know how"!!! And generally have what you need. And have good sales most of the time,especially on tools. Got what I was looking for. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Still scratching my head over this one. They usually do not have what I need but I thought I'd give them another chance anyway, went in, two guys at the counter, one split for the back and the other one never looked up from his cell phone. I stammered around looking for some brake fluid and a socket. Without help, I tried to find the socket, they didn't have it, still no one even acknowledged that I was even in the store, I put the brake fluid back and left. I have much better luck at Car Quest. No mo NAPA for me.
