“I came in this morning with no idea how to send a test for my son from cook Childrens. I was flustered and concerned. I did not get her name but a lady at the front jumped right in to help me. She went above and beyond even calling his pediatricians office to get a hold of someone to help us decide the best way to send it. Thank you again for such amazing service.”
