Very neat and organized. I can always find the obscure part or tool Im looking for, and employees are friendly and know where everything is. This is usually my first stop for tools or refills.

I drove over here from Brownwood to pick up a set of "Universal Metric" wrenches that were on clearance, but out of stock at my local Brownwood store. I checked online, then called ahead to verify they were actually in stock, and spoke with the sweetest young lady ever. She even left a post-it note with my name and number on the 1st register stating I was making a special trip for those particular wrenches.
I didn't get to meet the one I spoke to, but the other young lady at the register was every bit as friendly, professional, and indeed got me taken care of.
Of course the "squirrels" kicked in, and I purchased a few more "must haves" to help justify the 126 mile round trip. ?
Special thanks to *Brooklyn*, for her above and beyond efforts, and her her co-worker who checked me out (apologies for not remembering her name too, i want to say Andrea?).
Bottom line, Harbour Freight, Stephenville... well worth the drive if you must!
Note: these fit 6/12 point, splined AND even grab hold of rounded heads. The "speedy" cutout is yet another bonus feature. Truly "must have" wrenches for any mechanic imho, especially the metrics, which include that elusive 15mm that isn't in a lot of sets.

Their rules change depending on who's working the register and supervisor they don't want to come out of their office, like a professional, and did not ask for your money back I didn't get it back !!!
