Produce is the best in town. Pharmacy is also best in town. Lots of great organic items, along with a little section specifically for wellness items. Store is too small to handle the volume of customers, unfortunately. We need an HEB Plus. ?

I went to walmart first. No Great value crackers, no great value all purpose flour, busted eggs, no mustard seed no help. I had to chase down and get an employee to take out his ear buds so he could hear me. He was no help. The few things I had put in my basket, I returned to the shelf. I left empty handed. I went to HEB and got everything that I went to Walmart to get. I got help with things I couldn't locate and saw another customer that I had just seen at Walmart as well. HEB was much better stocked on the things I needed.

HEB is the best store for anyone. They care about people. The staff are very nice in helping you find what you want.

I love all HEB stores but Stephenville HEB IS IN DIRE NEED of a LARGER LOCATION. Parking is horrible and shopping is difficult due to how small the store is with tons of people inside all the time. The pharmacy area has no space for more than 2-3 people to stand in line without interfering with reg. Non pharmacy shoppers.

LOVED HEB until they started letting people bring their dogs in! Not being held mind you but walking around the store on long leashes! This is a store that sells food!!! I don't want some yapping little dog licking goods I intend to purchase. This is a health and hygiene issue! And it's gross!

I returned a rotisserie chicken for not being done. I was disappointed in the return process and would expect more from HEB. The service person never apologized for the inconvenience or offer me another chicken, which is what I wanted. She acted a bit put out about having to deal with it at all.

My H-E-B here in Stephenville is an Excellent store that goes Above and Beyond as does most of the H-E-B stores but I do advertise Avoiding the Hudson Oaks store Specifically!!!
