We wanted to give our business to someone local, and we had been to Frames Etc. several times buying books from their book store. We had them frame 11 prints to hang in our home and they did a great job, especially the time that the young lady spent with us picking out frame combinations to best match the pictures they would display. Overall we were very pleased and happy with the finished product and they look great hanging on our walls. We will be back to get some more done soon.

Best and friendliest service hands down! I buy everything from wax melts to custom frame jobs there! Julie and staff definitely know their stuff and take pride in their work!

Hands-down, the best customer service in town for those customized gifts!! LOVE the way this place smells, wish they could bottle it up and sell it to me. I use them for our Tarleton customized framed gifts and for a few local favorite goodies. Julie and her team are the friendliest bunch of gals in town. Thank you for being the best!

I am allergic to fragrances, which is no one's fault, but the smell was so strong in this store I couldn't stay in it and shop. It's one thing to smell good, but this was overwhelming.

I just love this shop. It's my go-to when I need a gift for just about anything! My mom, mother-in-law, sister, and husband have all loved various items I have purchased here. The used book selection is great, and the framing they do is lovely! Highly recommend!
