Purchased tires 4/15/24. They were wrong returned those in less than an hour. I was only credited for those tires not 3.5% charged cuz I used credit card. I was told this was the card company. I called them and was told it was the tire store. The credit card thanked me for reporting this and refunded me the extra charge. Moral of story - check your tires and receipts carefully. I was never told of extra charge. Unhappy customer

Excellent customer service. I had a nail in a tire and they repaired it with no charge in about 15 minutes. Nothing is free anymore. They earned my business for my next set of tires on both my vehicles. Great work, guys. God bless you.

I can't say enough good about the men that work at Discount Tires !! Always so willing to help. Yesterday I went in to have a problem diagnosed and set up a time to have it fixed. The problem was simple, they had the part in stock, 30 minutes later I was driving away with the problem solved. And this was at closing time! Each time I've been there they are friendly, respectful, and explain what needs to be done. I'll keep going back !
