The girl that was my sales person (Aleah) lacks professionalism. Be careful touching the signs they have out with all the information on the counter. Make sure to be bold and ask for help because they lack the effort to help.

Went in there with a phone I purchased a few months ago for $80 retail that had a problem with the screen where it went completely black. They Would not let me access my account without my dad's ID. I'm in college and he's five hours away. They said the same phone I had just bought for $80 was going to cost $200+ and when I asked what the cheapest phone they had was, they said $180 without taxes or upgrade fee. Not sure if it is just this store or Cricket in general. I never had an issue with the Cricket in my hometown. Total scammers.
***Update***
Checked the price online and with taxes and upgrade charge and everything, the phone was $121.06. They just like to scam broke college kids. Do better.

Highly recommend this location! I went to purchase a screen protector and case. Dez and Mallorie were very nice and even put the screen protector on for me! 5 stars!

I would highly recommend coming here. The employees are knowledgable and friendly, especially Leslie and Lupe. They have great customer service and helped me with everything I needed. It was also much more efficient than it ever is at any other phone store like AT&T or Tmobile.
