Very shady dealer. All I wanted to from service advisor if the car that I am purchasing has any warranty left and they couldn't tell me that information. Don't do business with them.

I have taken my vehicle for a oil pressure sensor..it sat there for 2 days for them to tell me they couldn't get a code after I told them what the code said..so took the car home ( noticed they didn't put my engine cover back on) and it continued to act up so I scheduled a week in advance to bring it up there. After 2 days again we can't get a code but let's clean the fuel injectors. A day later, pick up the car they tell me "oh we got a code, it's the oil pressure sensor " I told them this from the first trip up there. Call again..talked to Robert to get the issue fixed that he quoted me to fix the sensor but I needed a loaner because I can't keep taking off from work. He kept reassuring me he would get a loaner in the next few days, that he hasn't forgot me. I Call again, same statement "I'm getting a vehicle today and I will call you. 10 days have passed Still no call. Oh.. and don't let Travis take you home..he had road rage while I was in the car.. That was Scary!! Told GMC Service Advisor about it and he laughed it off and said we'll make sure we will find someone else to take you home next time. Don't waste your time with this place..Update: took to another shop..1hr of work and done.

Bryan Manley was awesome, we had a certain time that we needed the car by so we could leave on a trip to Galveston. He did everything in his power to get the car delivered to us two hours from the dealership on time, and had great communication. Anita was also great, she explained all the financing options over the phone in great detail. I will be honest like I told Bryan, I usually buy Ford trucks, but after this experience with Bruner, my next truck could very well be a Chevy from Bruner.

I have purchased many cars in my life but I have never had a better buying experience than at Bruner Motors. The buying experience was outstanding and not what I expected based on other dealers. After the purchase their customer service has been exceptional. I was blown away by Bruner. Definitely recommend Natalie, Irma, and Todd - they will treat you well.

Purchased a certified used Camaro ZL1 from Bruner. I am out of state and was not able to see the vehicle in person. I want to thank my salesperson Andrea Carmack for assiting me with photos and details about the vehicle. She also was present when the vehicle was loaded on the trailer for the trip to California. Also a big shout out to Kyle Masters. Solid person that I could count on to making sure everything was right with the purchase. Email and phone communication was excellent.
