My God how many times do the 30 people who work in the store need to ask me if I'm doing okay. This is why people shop online. Being consistently harassed during our shopping experience is absolutely ridiculous and unwelcome. Can we please leave customers the hell alone until they ask for assistance?

Lane was amazing. His knowledge of boots and care products was so helpful. I’ve visited 11 other places trying to find the right fit and style I showed him what I’ve previously purchased and his first pick was exactly the style I like and they fit perfect
He recommended getting the boot trees and hooks and jack which no other boot barn I’ve been to ever recommended I drove an hour and half one way to see what this location had and I would make the drive again because of Lanes amazing service!

I’ve always had really good experiences with this boot barn which is why I’m kinda shocked this happened today.I came in for a pickup order. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes before I realized they was about 4-5 customers in the store and it appeared that no staff was in there. Then I realized a lady working there(Krisha) was talking with a friend over a clothing rack near the back. Finally I decided to call the store phone because she didn’t hear me attention coughing at the desk. After letting the phone ring about 5 times she then walked to the dressing room phone to answer where I then hung up and watched her pick her teeth in the mirror for a minute before I messed with my keys to see if she would hear me at the desk. She then saw me and walked over while still picking at her teeth and then proceeded to show me and explain she had something in her teeth. I don’t easily get grossed out but ? seriously time and place people! Anyway, I think I’ll order to the Granbury store in the future to avoid having a conversation about someone’s moldy teeth.

Bought some Tony Lama square toed work boots, MADE IN CHINA, and after TWO days of wearing them THE SOLES ARE FALLING APART! NOT HAPPY! I have no clue how they stay open. Had to buy these because my Justin work boots (also bought at Boot Barn, AND ALSO MADE IN CHINA!) were absolutely unwearable after 1 year, when the inner liner tore and I could no longer get my foot in them. The soles on these came unglued after only 3 months.

Bought a black hat from them in December. Wore it to winter formal, church, prom, etc… always put it back in the box it came in when not in use. One day I noticed the back of it had bent upward and brought it in to be reshaped. I brought it in at 1:30 p.m. They said it would be a 45 minute wait. Then they happened to have left their machine on all night and ran out of water, so I ended up waiting longer and eventually left because I had other things to do. At around 4 or so they called and said my hat was done and ready. Next day, my mother went in to grab it and the woman who worked on it said there wasn’t clear instructions on the form on what to do with the hat. (I personally saw that it was written to bend back of hat down flat, and I grabbed the same hat they had on display and said to make it look like the original shape.) So, not only did they take an unreasonable long time, they lied about it being finished, and the person working on it did not know how to make an easy fix, which was informed to my mother as soon as she picked it up instead of telling me that as soon as I brought it in.

Went in for one shirt and the sales person told me the store was buy one, get one free so I found another shirt. Cashier says no your free item has to come from the sales rack so I put the shirt back and grab something from the sales rack. Wait in line for the cashier again and then it turns out it’s buy one, get one free but both items must come from the sales rack so this policy doesn’t apply to the shirt I originally came in for. Such a waste of my time. The sales associates really need to get on the same page as store policies.

Store is super clean, well stocked, and staff was kind. But the merchandise was priced higher in store than it is online, I over payed for everything I purchased at boot barn and learned from my mistakes. Make sure you check online prices before you buy in store!
