“I normally don't give reviews. But I saw a review from an unhappy customer that simply is not true. The unhappy customer claimed this bank likes to hold the money and give lame excuses. That's a lie. Once over a year ago we misunderstood what a teller told us. So when we ended up a little overdrawn because of misunderstood info, the manager worked with us and helped us avoid the fee. We are happy overall with 1st convenience”
