Company owner goes above and beyond to make sure things are right on used vehicles he sells. Purchased a truck and shortly realized that it had leaky shocks. They sent a tow truck to me 1 1/2 hours away. took the truck replaced the shocks and delivered it back to me.

They wouldn't give me any of my things they destroyed everything both mine and my husband's birth certificates and even my dogs ashs to my dads veteran tags everything ? I've called and called I couldn't ever get an answer nor a call back

This company towed my car. When I got it back, my car kept breaking down. Never had issues with my car before. Found out they stole my battery and put a battery in it that didn’t match my car as my car needs a special battery because it is a start/stop car. Also discovered marks on my drivers side door where they tried to break into it. Wasn’t there before my car got towed. I also had a stun gun in my car and went to look for it. The box was in my car but the stun gun wasn’t and is no where in my car. So, they stole that too. If I could give this company no stars, I would. The office was messy. One of the girls was cursing the whole time I was in there. I am so frustrated with this company.

They towed my friends in the middle of the night without giving us any contact information. We had to figure it out on our own. When we went to pick up the cars, the hot-headed manager was in the other office yelling and cussing on the phone with someone. Everything was very unorganized and no one seemed to know what they were doing, aside from the lady at the front desk who was having to run the show.

I was sold a truck with a blown head gasket. When I took it back they kept telling me they would have it done anytime and they are working on it. After over a week I went up there and they haven't even touched it. Very poor business. C&C towing and recovery is also ran and owned by the same group.
