Went in to have a key made.. poor guy had no idea what he was doing, said he had been on the job three weeks. Two other employees really wouldn't help him including the manager who was hunched over the counter. He has been there years.
Decided to go elsewhere , and was meet with a 'piss on you then' attitude from all of them... Wow, all I wanted was a key made properly, and I was very polite about it with the newbie. Place has just gone down hill. Too bad it's the only place in town for hardware. Please note, I've written over 1000 reviews. And only 2 are one star. Congrats Pates! Your truly a special place.
