Disastrous customer service at this branch. They are not empathetic at all. They should train employees in their areas. As customers, we approach them for guidance on the purchase of an item, especially electronics, but it's too bad that they give incorrect options, they should say. It's better that I don't have that information so that selling doesn't waste the customer's time and money. Choose personnel who really care about customer service.

Left a bag and came back for it…. Told us the person behind us stole it and they couldn’t do anything basically it was our fault. So DISAPPOINTING. Horrible customer service this is why I will always go to target over Walmart.

Racism on multiple instances. I bought groceries & also headphones from the electronic area. No one was in area to assist. The employee that retrieved the headphones asked are you finished shopping. I said yes & he proceeded to walk me from back of the store directly to the register & handed headphones to clerk . Stating “ oh this is our policy” WRONG!! Coworker even looked at him confused & in disgust so much she apologized.
Next time I bought groceries & beer. I purposely told clerk to put beer in bag knowing everything not in bag get checked automatically otw out. Why out of all people I get randomly stopped. With a cart full of groceries & purposely displaying my brand new receipt to avoid this. They let everyone else leave without checking others with carts full of groceries.
It’s clearly selective whom they check & how thorough. Needs to be addressed. If you’re that scared of certain demographics shopping then you should hire more employees to work all the closed lanes you have year round then be no need to harass people whom give you business regularly. Which is a joke in its own right I make 6 figures & im single. I have no issue affording groceries or miscellaneous purchases far from it. If they treat me this way think how they view & treat others. Many oblivious to it or just used to it im certain.
