Anonymous T, I have a few questions for you. When you say that Upscale Phase II operators use Walmart products, are you saying that these are products that are manufactured by Walmart? Wal Mart does sale hair products that are not WalMart brand. There are products that are viable hair products such as Miss Clairol, L'Oreal, TRESemme, and Motions that are sold by Walmart. So again, I ask you, are you saying operators use Walmart products with the Walmart Great Value Logo in the salons? So basically what you're saying is that they use generic products. I use Tresemme because they have a Naturals line. However, I can purchase the same line from Ulta or Sally's. I prefer to use Walmart as a personal choice. I have to use natural products on my scalp due to medical reasons. My physician will not allow any chemicals on my head. My stylist, who is the 25 year owner of Upscale Phase II, graciously allows me to use the physician required product list. Therefore; Anonymous T, I am interested in what products you are saying Upscale operators are using.

I wasn't impressed. They don't use upscale hair products when it comes to caring for your real hair. They use hair products (shampoo, conditioners, styling products) you can find at Walmart or local beauty supply stores. They appear to specialize in Weave/Extensions and not healthy hair care. Also, they are way overpriced!! I've had better experience at salons where they use professional/top of the line products and actually care for your hair while keeping their prices affordable. I do not recommend this place for healthy hair care!
