The worst experience I have had in my shipments with them, they delivered my package to another address and I never received anything. I filed a claim and they still haven't given me a solution. It's been more than 1 month and they haven't solved anything and closed the dispute, what a nightmare. !

I’ve been shipping here for a long time.The workers are always friendly and they do a good job.The only reason I put 4 stars is because UPS should take care more on their stations to make their employees an easier work.

The ling ling creature behind the counter in the customer center acted like she was deaf but kept asking did I call a 281 number I said no I talked to customer service on the 1-800 number who said my package was at the warehouse at 12. They also informed me of the hours and she stated that the driver is expected to return at 7:30 and the facility closes at 8.

I paid an extra $30 for my package to arrive today 12/27/23 as it was URGENT! I got notified that my package was delivered and there was nothing there. The photo that shows up on the tracking is NOT my home and I can’t get a hold of anyone!!!! I need this package today or my business will suffer

When I buy something, if I see that it is UPS or FedEx, they are not crazy, they are rubbish, they do not solve anything at the moment, they change the delivery dates, they always have problems, delays, in the end, faster delivery, a ? package than UPS or FedEx, horrible.

Someone in this place is stealing peoples packages and UPS customer service is useless. Packages leave their facility but not on the delivery truck. They take no responsibility for customers packages going missing. If you want your items to make it to their destination, DON’T USE UPS!!!!

There was a package that was UPS next day air saver service being shipped to me. The UPS driver never went to my door to attempt to deliver the package and I know because I have a camera. This level of poor service is absolutely unacceptable. I cleared my evening to be available to receive the package and the driver simply didn't feel like doing his job. I was expecting to receive the package urgently as I was going out of town. I would like a manager to contact me at the earliest convenience.
