They called me a few business days after I filed an issue with InSinkErator, David came by the same day and replaced the unit fast and for free (covered by warranty). Would recommend for this type of fix, thanks a lot!

David has been working on our equipment for probably 20+ years now, and his service is always fast and efficient. They went above and beyond to help us with a broken television during Covid when no other repair people would even return our calls. They were professional, proactive, and followed through on everything they told us they would do. Highly Recommend!!!!!
