If I could rate it negative 5 starts I would! I had 2 washers mess up and he had the nerve to tell me o pressed the wrong button when it was the 10th load I had done and all the other ones were fine. He has TERRIBLE customer service. If there are any others in the area that you can choose from you should. DO NOT CHOOSE this one.

It was all right. Not the cleanest. Looks like a good place to catch covid if you don’t mask up and wash your hands.

It a nice place to wash my family clothes when my washing is broken. Nice place nobody brother anyone. Just need all the top washing to be working. But overall nice place.

I've used their wash and fold service for years. I don't miss doing laundry. Thank goodness for these wonderful people.

The African lady is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL… PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE ELSE… Customer service in the mornings are so much better and cleaner more smiles .. Whenever I come while she’s here it’s always something.. She never wants to help with machines… I started my laundry at 6:45 I was still drying at 7:55 and she turned off the lights on me and my daughter. There was also other customers in the building. She lied and said there was no trash bags for sale and she had just sold one to a Hispanic lady moments before. So I left with wet clothes. I work day shift now so I’m not able to come in the mornings anymore.. Please Hire more pleasant workers… GET RID OF HER!!!!

Go somewhere else!! Lady here is so rude! Got here at 6:45pm and told us right away that she closes at 8pm if I was going to be done by then! Really bad attitude, argued with me for no reason. Don’t waste your money here, the place is somewhat decent but too bad the lady here has a really nasty attitude! I hate using these places but my washer broke and it was kind of an emergency!

Go somewhere else!! Lady here is so rude! Got here at 6:45pm and told us right away that she closes at 8pm and she's leaving. My husband asked her how long do the machines take and she just looked at him and walked away and when he asked her again she yelled at him and said I don't know. She has such a nasty attitude. We came on 4/14 at 6:45pm. If you are the lady here that day and you read this, you know who I am and you are rude! I had my clothes in the washer already and had changed my dollars when she told us this. If I hadn't invested so much time already I would have left and gone somewhere else. The washers are ok. I will find another place even if it's farther than my home. The place is ok but too bad the lady here has a bad attitude!

The dryers never get hot and the washer machine ? sometimes flood because people put to much soap and plus it feels ? in there.

Súper clean. People help for use the machines.Very fast and everything works.Washers you add coins until it worksDryer if you add 3 coins minimum will calculate the mins to dry and if is not dry you add more coins for more mins.
