That's the spirit! We've used so many ATMs in Stafford, this one has the benefit of being part of the Fountains mall which we come to a lot (it's a huge strip mall), so I can say that they have good ATM facilities, are a local bank (from this state of course), and nothing really bad to say. Friendly, I don't bank here but we're considering it as one of 2 or 3 new accounts we want to open. And good ATM services.

I come here once a month every month! Always drive thru, never inside since Covid. There’s usually a older very friendly lady at the window or a young man..every single time it’s been either of those two at the window. This time I pull up to the drive thru and as should, pressed the push button to get their attention. Pushed it once and waited a good 5 minutes!! No one came. Pushed it again thinking that I may not have pushed the button all the way in the first or maybe the buttons not working. Waited a couple minutes after that. Still nothing. Then I decided I’ll just go inside no problem..the push button is probably not working. Walking inside I see a customer walk out. As soon as I walked in a tall lady who I’ve never seen before behind the teller counter goes “you must be the one at the drive thru pushing the button” “just need a bit more patience since I’m the only one working teller” Huge attitude! I replied “ I didn’t know if the button wasn’t working or what…I waited a good 5-7 minutes ma’am” How am I supposed to know you’re the only teller..I’ve never had this experience ever before! The older lady and man are always nice!! This lady was complete opposite. The right thing to do would have been to acknowledge I’m in the drive thru..taken my request and then had me waiting a good 5-7 minutes no problem! Instead of having me waiting with no one at the window as if it’s closed! But I can’t tell people how to do their job ??♂️.

Husband tried to open an account here at this location & Some older women here was being unprofessional, rude & nosey with him.She said “why do you want to open an account here if you work farther away? It just makes no sense.”My husband finally just left because of her attitude.We’ll take our business to another location. We will not be back here anytime soon.
