outh West Muffler and Brake
1-went to get an inspection with out any warning light on
2- inspection fail emission light on (new)
3- went to another inspection and failed again.
4- took car to my mechanic and noticed that a hose to a sensor was disconnected
5- my mechanic reconnected, recommend to drive 90 miles and take it for inspection.
6- went to the second original inspector and pass.

My visit was great. This was my 2nd time at SW Muffler & Brake. They were referred to me by my mechanic the 1st time for a front-end alignment. The
service was great. So I knew to return for my next service & no problems afterwards. I wasn't disappointed. I won't hesitate for another front end alignment. Thanks guys. Please continue to keep up the fantastic & dependable service. It's always good to know that no matter when you go for service at SW Muffler & Brake. The service will be done. This is the Murphy & SWFY Location. The price was reasonable. I think this is a great location for females. Because I feel like I wasn't cheated. Once again thank you. Southwest did a great job working on my vehicle a few weeks ago. I came in to get a catalytic converter installed on my challenger and they were able to get it done seamlessly and quick and without me having to break the bank. On top of that, they even noticed an issue with my exhaust pipes and fixed it immediately with no additional charge and my car has been running so smoothly since. I could even tell the difference in my acceleration. This guys are honest and trustworthy which is hard to find in mechanics. This will definitely be my go to shop whenever I have any issues with my vehicle.

Long time business that is a staple in the southwest Houston community. Mechanics and front desk personnel are great. Answer all your questions and treat you like a star. My SUV loves my mechanic. Had to take one star off for one bad apple that hopefully won't be there much longer. Will post again after my next check up.

I am a very satisfied customer who will say without hesitation this is the place to go,no one told me about this shop , I went to them on a pray and gut feeling and looking at the reviews,when I tell you that God walk with me from the beginning to the end where I met a wonderful,caring and kind manager by the name of Steve,when I tell you he was with me from the start treated me like I was his family he took it personal,did I tell you I went to find someone to do catalytic converter problem(no its not cheap )vs going to dealership which had it estimated for over $3000 but God,when I say God is an miracle worker that was done down to over half the cost,won’t he do it!!All is can say is Thank God for people like Mr Steve who made sure it was done right from the beginning to the end,and yes I will be back to have work done on my son’s vehicle not for the same thing but for the awesome service that was shown over the two days they kept my vehicle,driving and making sure it was right before giving it back,the other guys assisted, but the mgr Steve was the Top Dog,if anyone has trouble with their car except tires issues please and Thank you will be accepted because they have shown me the true value of what it means to have a satisfied customer ,will tell you that its 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️in my book and we women are out here on a pray and humble ,because sometimes we get dealt with wrong because of our gender, but not the case here everything was done on point with the upmost respect,soery about the ling post but I had to give credit where it’s deserved

First off most of these 5 star reviews are fake. Second these guys are straight up scammers. They tried to charge me over $2,000 to replace a control arm and an alignment…get real.
