There is no after hour support for life sustaining equipment. My wife's oxygen generator broke at 7:30 PM. We had 5 cylinders of oxygen but one was empty and they refused to replace just one. Another is used and only bout 1/3 full. That is not enough to wait for them to open. If it had been a Sat evening we would have had to wait until Monday. We'll be at the ER so my wife can breath.

I really don't like giving bad reviews. However, after being harassed while I was in the Hospital with pneumonia. I tried to tell these people I had two insurance companies. One private and Medicare. They just did not bill both insurance companies so I wind up with a large bill. After speaking with Medicare, they tell me they cover 85% with the other insurance company. I am not yet sure if they have gotten the message. I don't feel like their lack of listening ? should be put on me. A good note every one that has.come out to ? look or service my Oxygen system has been wonderful, & very nice. I wish we had not gotten off on the wrong foot. I did my best to explain, the Lady I spoke with last year was Rude, unprofessional, & out right mean. I had no choice picking which Oxygen Carrier was used, I would have read the reviews first.
