“I am a notorious penny pincher, but I never second guess the expense for proper running shoes. Fleet Feet-Woodway is my store but any store that exclusively sells running shoes is best (make sure you understand the exchange/return policy which should give you a chance to tryout your new shoes.) Shoes get new models all the time, so a shoe that is perfect today may be a dud for you next year. Getting fitted by a knowledgeable salesperson is essential. (Just posted this on fb & thought I should share here too!)”
“Store is displayed so well, the buyer is exceptional and you don’t have to go to Nordstroms and look for hours thru ALL their STUFF to find something. The prices are AMAZING…. I bought some beautiful tops that would have been several hundred dollars APIECE for under $50.”
“Tray, Derek, and Lacresia(on her first day) were all amazing. I was shopping for shoes and a bag for a wedding today(last minute on my part), and they gave me the best customer service. They were patient (I’m very particular) and pleasant. All 3 of them went out of their way to help me find the shoes and bag I needed, and I was shopping for a particular color. I will definitely go back to this store because I am big on spending my money where it’s appreciated and that’s what happened here. They are excellent employees!”

“How I found out about this place through social media. The dresses are beautifully created to your liking. The customer service is outstanding. One of my pet peeves is discrimination and I did not experience this. Everyone was welcoming especially my parents since they do not speak English. They work on your schedule and everything that you want in a dress is provided. A place that makes you feel beautiful and welcome.”

“BEST STORE EVER!! I recently was traveling with my children (4 and 7) and got stuck in Houston for 2 days without our bags. This store was walking distance from the hotel the airport put us up in. They had everything our family needed, a new pair of shoes, underpants, and a bathing suit. I was submitting my receipts for reimbursement from the airline and realized I had lost the receipt in the travel chaos. I gave the store a call and the quickly found my receipt and emailed it to me.”

“Manuel and Art were absolutely amazing at the Doc Martens store! They spent nearly an hour helping me try on different styles and colors until I found the perfect pair. I was looking for something more narrow to fit my feet comfortably, and it took quite a few tries—but they were incredibly patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed.”

“I've been to many Zumiez throughout my lifetime and all over the United States. Never have I ever received such amazing customer service from a Zumiez before.
Both Kin and Eric. The management team here is top tier and you head honchos at Zumiez need to give these staff members a raise. I was greeted very kindly. Kin made a point to make small talk and sincerely wanted to help me. Eric checked on me and greeted me as he was training a new staff member.
Customer service like this is hard to come by now a days and I would recommend this shop and shop here again.”
