My husband had a horrible experience in this store. Our company has been a customer for years and a very good relationship with our salesperson. This store has the worst customer service by its very own manager. The store manager was so rude and honestly needs to be more mindful of her comments and rude remarks to longtime customers. I am very disgusted by the experience we had with this store manager.

Destini was fabulous! She was so helpful, friendly & was patient in making sure that I got the right shade of gray I wanted. I’ve been to other locations but the service I received was nothing like what I received in this Stafford location. Destini truly made a difference!

The store employee Edd is a wonderful employee that help me finds everything I need. Even remember my name when I drop by before I tell them my account and name. Great great customer service and shall deserve a 5 stars. I will recommend more contractors to go there instead of other branch store in Sugarland, biase views towards to their customers on Sugarland store at highway 6th.

This store is small but they had everything I needed for my project and Destini was very helpful and knowledgeable in the various products. If I'm in Missouri City again this will definitely be my store of choice.

Service was absolutely horrendous. Destini was very brash and rushing me. I arrived 20 min before closing and would have been in and out, but I left because she was not helpful in the slightest. In these days of lots of people who need jobs, I could have found several more deserving candidates. She immediately vocally expressed being ready to go home. I will never be back to that location.
