I get that things cost more expensive at a gas station but this place is ridiculous. I think they depend on how much you charge on what you look like. Do not come here.

Came to pick up a drink. Super late at night was greeted by Mr. Neil at the register with a little metal box so make sure if you’re coming to LA go to the metal box and wait somebody will show up to serve you if it’s Mr. Neil then you will surely get great customer service. It was a breath of fresh air being treated like a human being.

Couldn't use my fuel rewards, I wish I had pumped elsewhere but really needed gas if you're not on E avoid!!!

I tried using my fuel rewards of which I had 0.25¢/gal. Their system didn't register it and the price stayed the same. I canceled the transaction and went inside to resolve this but the cashier said "you missed it". Didn't even offer any resolutions or explain anything, he did t even seem like he cared. Very bad customer service when you cheat the customer out of their money.

Shell station at SW Fwy @ Kirkwood in Stafford, TX.I spoke to a person there at 11:58pm, who tried to tell me they're not a 24 hour store and I not only acknowledged that fact, but also let him know it was only 11:58 pm and I needed to make a purchase. He said, "we're closed", and it's not yet 12am and during the haggling, I looked at my phone and then it was finally 12am. I then just walked away.After just leaving the Chevron store at Kirkwood @ Sugar Grove was also closed early, I gotta ask, what the F is going on?

Waited 20 min for him to start pump. Had to go inside and pay and guy wanted cash only. Took him 20 min to turn on pump. Really shady

Multiple pumps broken, one had it's keypad ripped out. Others showed that the software had crashed. One had bags over the handles.Very sketchy for the location.

I feel like a Shell of my former self, and it's because of Kirkwood Shell. This is a pretty good gas station with a chicken shop and a convenience store which gets the job done. Not one of the better ones that we have visited but also not bad. Church's is pretty good chicken and surprises me sometimes when there's nothing else to eat. But I'd come to this gas station when heading SW on SW Fwy before I'd come to most others in Stafford or Sugar Land. This Shell is all the way down here in Sugar Land located next to a Church's Chicken, but it's technically Stafford even though most people consider this Sugar Land. It's right off the highway and usually has pretty decent prices. The chicken here is not bad and it's pretty affordable but not great, and the gas here definitely gets the job done, especially if you're heading south west on the highway in which case it's very convenient.

The guy has a bad attitude and uses foul language he is the worstI made a purchase for some items and some gas for $31.00And I needed to return one item and. He got so upset because I asked for a refundAnd he said he had to cancel the whole transactionSo he cancel the transactionBecause of him I got stuck on the feeder road whit no gas because the charger would take 48 hoursBy the way I have not yet received my refundWorst experience at a gas station ever don’t go here
