If you pay cash make sure to check that you got the right amount of change I went there about 2 or 3 times and each time they didn’t give me the right amount they make small talk while they give you the change so be careful and count it in front of them cause they might lie

The SHELL REWARDS BUTTONS ON PUMPS #8 & PUMP#6 ARE NOT WORKING. I REPORTED IT TO THE CASHIER WHO SAID NO ONE HAD TOLD HIM SO I DID...A MONTH AGO! I WENT BY THIS MORING TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN FIXED AND NO IT HASNT. SINCE THEY DON'T CARE THEN WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Their squeegee are cracked and cause streaks on my windshield.Notice the same RESPONSE from the ALLEGED OWNER to take care of the customer complaints but nothing gets better...JUST MORE COMPLAINTS.

Do NOT ever use your card here!! Went to this gas station for an energy drink and the charge that showed up was for some other gas station up in north Houston, weird but whatever. Then a week later there's 10 charges of $400 each on my card from that gas station!! Absolutely ridiculous, they are saving card numbers and stealing money!

First time coming here, I wanted to grab some food and munchies before I started my day. It's one of the better gas stations in the area but the man here was very friendly. Prices here were a bit expensive, fair choices for munchies. Easy access to the streets and the Sam Houston Highway.

Okay this is the second time I have purchased items from this store. The guy that works there (assuming the owner) has short changed me twice! First time he shorted me .10, not happy but I let it slide. I went back again when visiting a friend, and I got short changed again. This time, I went back for my change. He acted stupid, and gave it to me. If he does this to me, you, and the other folks that walk in and out, he can easily collect a good chunk. I purchased case of dos xx beer, which I NEVER purchase at a gas station and the 12 pack cost me $25...what a rip off. Never again, it was a last minute purchase, but never EVER again. He probably messes with the gas too, I don't trust him. You have been warned.
